Chateau Roc de Binet
It's a rock! It's a peak! It's a cape! What am I saying, it's a cape? It's a peninsula! R Vignobles ROSPARS But what are we talking about exactly? In reality, my family name, 100% Gascon, is derived from the Occitan term "vinet", which meant "little wine", "pretty wine" or even "beloved wine". My vines, perched on this rock overlooking the Montagne Saint-Emilion appellation and bathed in sunshine, have always given what is best about them: a lovely, rounded wine, which delights its tasters. Both Montagnard and Girondin, my rebellious side nonetheless makes me a consensual wine, with powerful and melting tannins and a fresh and spicy finish. Enough to delight the greatest noses!
