Hãhã, Maori means savoury and luscious, attributes clearly reflected in the wines. The selection of Hãhã wines are sourced from the Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay regions of New Zealand.
In keeping with their tradition of get-togethers, Hãhã Wine started when three families who were already involved in exporting apples, meat, and seafood, had a chat about adding wine into the mix. That conversation led to a unanimous agreement to produce a mouth-watering New Zealand wine to take to the world. They invited a fourth family to join and Hãhã Wine was launched with a bang, and quite a few pops, in 2011.
Their vineyards are located at Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay where the land is luscious to produce top quality grapes. All the vineyards, wineries and bottling facilities are certified as 100% sustainable by Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand and are committed to an environmentally responsible approach.
With a team of talented viticulturists and expert winemakers across New Zealand, their wines are produced in a beautiful fruit-forward style that brings out their complexity, texture and elegant layering.
