La Gibryotte

La Gibryotte is a Burgundy trading house created by Claude Dugat. This famous winemaker has built his reputation in Gevrey-Chambertin by producing complex and deep red wines. This unique village on the route of the great wines of Burgundy has no less than nine vintages. Claude Dugat has become a benchmark for this very special terroir, which combines power and delicacy. La Gibryotte is thus the continuity of the domain. La Gibryotte only makes red wines, only Pinot Noir, harvested on the great terroirs of the Côte de Nuits, in particular in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, where Claude Dugat 's family has lived for generations. The wines are blends of grapes carefully selected by the Dugat family. They reveal the same aromas, the same characteristics as the estate's wines: elegance, depth and that voluptuousness recognizable in the great Burgundian Pinot Noirs.
